Most businesses cannot answer basic questions about themselves: who owns IT decisions, what systems the company depends on, whether backups actually exist, what happens if the one person who knows everything leaves. A.C.T.U.A.L. makes those answers recorded, owned, and provable. You answer questions, the system builds your operating picture, and every answer lands in an append-only ledger - a permanent, honest history of what your business claimed and proved, and when.

The engine behind it: claims become evidence

Everything starts as a claim - you saying "yes, we have backups." Claims are recorded but never trusted beyond what they are. The system then helps you upgrade claims into evidence: documents, exports, and eventually live connections to your systems. The rule is absolute: no claim beyond state. A.C.T.U.A.L. never says you are safe. It shows what is known, what is proven, what has gone stale, and what is simply unknown - and unknown is always an acceptable answer, because finding out is what the system is for.

This ledger is also the foundation of the coming Intelligencemodule: board reports, due-diligence packages, and posture-over-time views, all generated read-only from the truth you already recorded. Nothing is collected twice.

What A.C.T.U.A.L. deliberately does not do

It does not recommend products or vendors - ever. Guidance stays at the process and workflow level so the system cannot be bought or biased. If you want tool recommendations or hands-on help, that is a separate, explicit request to QUONtech through the platform - the system itself stays neutral. Generated guidance also ages honestly: instructions carry an expiry, like evidence, and the system tells you when they have gone stale.
